  1. I bought the 7'Medxf at Christmas and it is a good little rod very versatile but I use mine for light Texas rig and weightless rig. It is a little stiff with the xf but it has good sensitivity in fact I had to get use to it because I was pulling the trigger to quick.
  2. I have tried the Ned rig several times and yes it gets bites but I can't seem to land the fish the hook always seems to pop out at some point and time. Does anyone have any suggestions and what retrieve do you like best.
  3. What was the other baits name the one that was lipless but the eyelet was on the nose and not on the back?
  4. Does anyone still have their Dancing Eel? Never caught a fish on it but I still have it.
  5. At this time I have a pfluger supreme 3000 on it.
  6. I went with the Tatula med/fast 7' and love it so far.
  7. I don't have the casting rod but do have med spinning 6'6" and have caught hundreds of bass and one 9.5 lb.with it with no issues.

  10. Yes I assume they are but when people that own property come out ask them what they are doing there or have called the cops , I assume they either don't have permission are it is not legit permission. I know every state is different and in mine you have to have written permission to fish or hunt on private property.
  11. I watch a lot of the youtube fishing shows and I have noticed a lot of them seem to be trespassing on property that they don't have permission to fish. I personally do not think this is good to be published for younger kids to be watching and getting ideas and it gives fishermen a bad name. Any thoughts on this? I know most of the ones I see are younger guys doing this.
  12. We are encouraged to keep small bass in all the lake around here that I fish. I keep them if the bite is good and I am catching enough to keep but if not i normally throw them back.
  13. Yes I was talking about sight fishing on the bed and I know the past 3 weekends there has been 30 boats this includes kayaks also. This lake is a big bass factory with a 18 to 24 inch slot limit and only one bass over 26 can be kept.
  14. What happens here is these guys do not have jobs and are not your typical bass fisherman. They fish 7 days a week all day for 2 months . There is like 5 or 6 that do this on top of your normal bass fishermen and they go around the bank edge over and over . They will run their boat between you and bank while your fishing. This is what we have to deal with.
  15. I am new to this site ,so I hope I am doing this correctly. In my state people are allowed to use boats with platforms built on them to site fish for bass. My home lake is known for having lots of large bass and many are caught over 10 lbs.,so every year we get hoards of site fishermen. On a saturday there can be up to 30 to 50 boats of all types, This lake is only 100 acres. I have found site fishermen in general to be very disrespectful to others. What is your opinion on site fishing?
