Wife and I were trolling for trout. I love it when the lake is this smooth.

I have a new set I am going to put on mine think I may try your idea of painting the inside. Use a good wax on the chrome it helps to slow down the rusting.

Well my last boat I had 21 years never replaced prop lol I fish deep water lakes no rivers for me. My ranger I had I did have a stainless on it buddy of mine went to drive it up on the trailer but he didnt trim up the motor cost him a prop prop shaft bearings seals. So for me there is no gain for a stainless for me.

This guy was real close to me. He started to dive bomb me after a few minutes of taking pictures.

To me there is really not enough of a performance gain on a 40ho motor to honestly justify one. Couple of guys I know that has the heritage put one on and gained maybe 1mph so to me its not enough to justify the expense.

I also recommend since they are so easy to service to shoot some fresh grease in couple times a year I also on my trailers tear down hubs and clean bearings races spindles check out everything then repack new seals it has saved me money over the years from a bearing going bad. I lost a hub on a car trailer once and ever since hen I am pretty anal on bearing service. Jaime I like the blue too been a good grease.

I dont have that channel but my dog Clyde loves it when there is cats dogs horses etc on tv he starts growling then runs out back barking to chase them out of the back yard lol I think he thinks the tv is a window. It has gone from funny to a pain now lol almost cant watch tv.

Clyde got into some trouble so Bonnie was comforting him lol
