  1. Geist is the best lake in the state, it gets pounded non stop and still produces tons of big bags! Ramp fee is free now this late in the season, but yea the $40 on the weekends during prime season stings a little lol
  2. Anyone handled or used one of these rods? Just curious about the weight, sensitivity and action of these rods! Torn between a Vaader or a Falcon Cara for a new jig/pitching rod. Thanks in advance!
  3. I have the Enox LSB and the BMJ. Both are well built, light, and pretty sensitive sticks! I also have an Ikos Thunder and Hustler, I use the Thunder for A-rigs and it works great! The Hustler is one of the best squarebill rods i've used, it's by far my favorite of my ALX rods!
  4. I tried the KLX 7' Heavy MODerate for frogging, it was far too stiff for my liking! I tried the 4 power Argon for frogging and I felt like it did not have enough power for ripping em out of the thick stuff, obviously the KLX is a different blank so maybe it would be a tad stronger! I'm still using my old Kistler Graphite series 6'9" Spinnerbait special for my frogging but she's falling apart fast from abuse!
  5. Yea from Kistler's website! That $213 was the total cost for a Helium 3. Yea my wife ain't gonna be happy when the UPS guy comes in a few days!
  6. Still seems to be working when I just tried it again! my10percent is exactly how I put it in!
  7. Don't know if it has been mentioned but it appears that MY10PERCENT code also stacks with that sale on their site!
  8. Can't get that code to work for me, any ideas? Nice looking jigs!
