  1. I am new to fishing chatterbaits, and no matter how often I throw them, I just cant seem to get bit or catch fish with them. Any advice on set-ups, line, technique ect. would be greatly appreciated. Thank y'all in advance

  4. I have a tournament at Lake Folsom on February 16. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give me any advice for that tournament. I am pretty new to bass fishing, about 6-7 months. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  6. Thanks, I still can't believe I got second. If only we caught a 4-5lber we would have got 1st and won some rods. 1st place had 13lbs 9oz
  7. I had a High School tournament at lake Camanche on November 24th. It started out really slow, with only a bite here and there. At around 9:00 we found a school, and started using dropshots right on top of them. I had a 4.5 inch BPS Cuttail worm in the Green Pumpkin Magic Pearl color. That bite lasted till probably 9:30 or 10:00. Then after that, no more bites. My partner and I probably caught 25-30 spots and largemouths in that time frame, with 5 or 6 doubles. We ended up placing 2nd in the tournament with 11lbs and 1.9 ounces. I also caught my PB and first spot, which was a 2.5lber.

  9. I just found out last night that I am fishing in a high school fishing tournament on the 24th at Camanche's North Shore. If anyone has any tips for me, they would be greatly appreciated. I am newer to tournament fishing and any tips would help. Thanks to everyone in advance. -TroyCopeland05
  10. Sorry man, I didnt go to Clear Lake and usually I thank people in advance. If I actually fished the places I asked for advice for, then I would post how I did. But usually, I can't get a boat for the tournaments that I want go to. Thanks for the tips though.

  14. I know I have already posted about this previously, but I am going to Tahoe tonight and am wondering what I should bring if anything. I will be staying at Kings Beach and I will try to catch anything that is biting. I will take 2 spinning rods and 1 maybe 2 baitcaster combos. Thanks in advance for any advice. Troy

  17. I'm going to North Lake Tahoe in a couple of weeks for my brother's baseball tournament. I was wondering if it would be worth taking fishing gear. If anyone has any advice for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
  18. Thank you for your help. When I have caught bluegill, I have been using spinning tackle, a #10 hook, with a bobber.
  19. Has anyone recently caught bass from Lodi Lake? If so, could you give me some advice? This is my home lake but have only been there 3 times and only caught bluegills. Thanks for any help.
