Hobie Lynx vs Itrek
I have an itrek 9 and have used it heavily this year. Don’t have the lynx but I do have a Compass as well. I can stand on either fine, but spend most of my time sitting. For the small lakes I usually fish on, the itrek is my favorite due to its very light weight and how it can turn on a dime in the water. I only take the Compass out now if the conditions are a bit rougher or if I really want my electronics. Have been trying to figure out a way to rig the livescope on the itrek…

Daiwa BLX Rods
I have the BLX SG 6101 LFS and mine is 94g. I mostly use it for weightless worms and also for bigger trout in rivers. It is a good rod overall but I don’t like the heavy texturing on the blank near the base, and I found it did not cast well on the lower end of the listed weight range. That said, it is light and the cork on the handle is nice. I would not personally pay full price for it, but they often show up used for a steal.

Perception Pescador (2018 non-Pro model) seat upgrade
No sure on the other chairs listed, but my Moken Lite came with the Kingfisher seat and I did not like it. While the back seems nice and tall, it is not very rigid so there was little back support above the area where the straps connect (about halfway up). I changed to a stadium chair and feel like I have more back support even though it does not go as high.

Best Inflatable/Limited Storage Boat
For the last year or so I have been using the Sea Eagle FishSUP 126 and it works well with a trolling motor. I found the form factor more convenient than an inflatable kayak for setup and breakdown. Only takes about 15 min to get out onto the water with an electric inflator.

EchoMap Plus 73SV
I was researching these recently and just ordered one as well (has not arrived yet). What I found was that some of listings were unclear on whether they included the transducer or not, and if so, which one it was. Seems that most agree that the "GT52" transducer being sold on current models provides a better image than older ones floating around with "CV" in the model name.

Hello from Western WA
Thank you all for the warm welcome. Wow, that is really cool. Watching your videos, for some reason I had always assumed you lived in Central/Eastern WA.

Hello from Western WA
Hello everyone. I'm in Auburn, a little ways out from Seattle. Been river fishing for trout and salmon a few seasons now, but just getting into bass fishing. Seems like a lot of fun so far.
