i've been keeping fish no problem this year until now so, these fish were just alot bigger. i'll clean it up and see how it turns out this weekend.

Purchased a boat and came with set of non puncture cull tags. was using them this past weekend i had three fish to die on me. prior to this i've only this issue one time, these fish were around 3-4 lb range. i kept fresh water coming in, recirc was on, and also had the oxygenator on. the water was plenty cool and the fish only came out of about 10-15 ft of water. these cull clips dont like to stay on very well unless you clip them a certain way so i'm just wondering could that cause fish to die. i've went ahead and ordered accu cull elite clips to change them out with and see if this will fix the issue. the clips that are on the ones i have right now are like these below. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Seacured_Fishing_Clip_My_Lip_Culling_System/descpage-SFCML.html dont want to have the issue of fish dying again was just wondering if anybody else had issues like this with these style clips.

time for him to do some lessons on forward facing sonar, would love to know what he does compared to everybody else.

guys didnt want to fish anyway and ended using weather as excuse to cancel. going back in a couple of weeks. fished yesterday but didnt have much luck a few small ones here and there. i'll keep going and looking.

sounds like a pretty good weekend. headed down this weekend for a small club tourney. fished monday but really never found a good pattern just picked up fish here and there. nothing over 3 lbs.

i'm looking into it for next year but from what i've read it seems to be the real deal.

like mentioned above there are plenty of video to help you out. get as much as you can afford. the bigger the screen the better when comes to any of these units. i've went with helix 12/mega 360 and hds live 12/active target. may not be quite up to livescope but close and i can link that unit to my mapping unit at the console.

one of these reels i have is starting to mess up and never had one to do this so was wondering could anyone help. it cast great 90% of the time but sometimes when i go to cast its like the spool goes into free spool and makes a high pitch noise. doesnt sound like this normally. could there be an issue with the brakes? never adjusted the brakes on these reels much like i do on the ones with the dial on the side. thanks

i'd love to just have one of those options. in your opinion if you were to only buy either the 360 or livescope which would you recommend? thanks

anybody have one of these on their boat? i've got one on the boat i just bought and it seems that the light always just wants to flicker. not able to change out of the bulb due to it being sealed. looks for like for what they cost they should last more than two years. thanks

will give that a try next week. fished the upper end last week buffalo and bluestone without any luck. what do you suggest for deep fish? i'm normally c-rig mainly on other lakes for deeper fish.

anybody got any tips for this lake for this time of year? seems that fishing is always tough there but last week few weeks have been brutal. thanks

Got a hds live hooked to ultrex transducer and it doesnt do it often but sometimes the depth will flash then go back to reading in a minute or so. its not when you get close to the bottom but when in deeper water. could it be a loose connection somewhere or what? thanks

whats your opinion on locks for your sonar? seems to only be one brand out there for this purpose just can give a ease of mind. my old boat has a garmin which you can take from the cradle and store but new boat has hds live 12 and cant take it off without taking all the wires loose. really only need for when run into store or restaurant to get food but you cant always be watching your boat in there.

from i've seen the OEM prop are higher than aftermarket ones for this motor, just seeing what brand everybody recommended
