Jerkbait rod for certain bait
I know, I was just saying which one was the better option for the bait, because I spooled the MH with mono for crankbaits. Just wanting to know if it will still go as deep?

Jerkbait rod for certain bait
I have a 6’6 Medium-Fast casting rod I use for jerkbaits. I recently picked up a 3/5oz 11ft 4.5 inch KVD Jerkbait (not sure if that’s the exact length) The issue is that the bait feels heavy for the rod, will it be able to handle it or should I upgrade to a MHF 7ft? The only problem with this rod is I just spooled it up with 12lb mono for crankbaits. Thanks- Cole

Good all around reels
I’m looking for a good reel around $175 or less. I need it to handle small-medium hard swim baits, flipping jigs, and maybe A-rigs. I’ve been looking some and have no idea where to start. Thanks- Cole. P.s holds 50# power pro, or 20-25 fluro.

Best line for Ned Rigs
So I have 8# power pro braided line for finesse fishing(1/16 oz Ned rigs and 1/8 I believe). With a 6 pound fluro leader. Will this hold up. Or should I size up to 10# Power Pro. P.s. I saw a post on what line you should use with Ned Rigs, and everyone was using 10#. Just seeing if 8# will work. Thanks -Cole.

Tracker Pro Team 175 Rod Locker Problems
We got a Tracker Pro Team 175 18ft and have been having trouble with getting our rods in the rod lock in front of the drivers seat ,picture of it Here. My dad uses 5’6 zebco combos and and it’s still a pain, and for sure no way anything above 6’6 could possibly fit in there . Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks -Cole

Strength for jigs
I’ve been asking a lot about flipping rods, so I’m getting a 7’6 heavy:fast action with 50 pound braid . Is this over kill for 1/2 oz jigs with a trailer? I already have a ton of these. If this isn’t good enough can I go up to 3/4oz or 1 oz? Thanks-Cole

Perfect flipping rod
Wondering how this rod will do for a flippin. Choosing the 7'6 heavy. I have 15 pound fluro, probably going to 20 for this, or braid

Perfect flipping rod
No its fine, have the reciept and everything, took the rod into a bait and tackle shop to repair the eye of the rod I had on this reel beforehand, and he put on one double the size of the biggest one. So I bought this out of a rush, didn't really think about power until afterwards Is this a good rod for flippin 7'6 heavy -fast. Thanks everyone!- Cole

Backing Line for finesse fishing
I'm getting a new finesse rod and was going to use #8 pound braid with a #6 pound mono leader on the spinning reel. Do I need a backing line so the braid doesn't slip? Would 12lb be good or would in need to use the #6 pound mono. Thanks! -Cole
