  1. Just put an 1/8 oz lead bullet weight unpegged and unpainted in front of the hook on a texas rig.
  2. Same thing happened for me
  3. I went up to visit some friends in highland park fishing turtle creek with fishing a black blue senko. I make a cast to the opposite bank when a mallard drake jumps into the water. The drake ends up eating the senko. About 20 minutes later I made a cast parallel to the bank next to some Canada geese n the shoreline. One goose just takes a swift fast lung at the worm and swallows it. I didn't know what to do it was goose season but did I kill it in front of lots of people? I ended up reeling it in to get as much of mine line back as possible and cut the line. I promise you if there wouldn't have been so many people around that goose would be in my freezer. on not n lunge not lung my not mine I hate typos

  5. I was throwing a brand new BX Brat 6' diver in a color that was sold out every where I looked. I got it hung on an old ski rope. I dove down with my coastas still on and got the bait. I got back up to the surface realizing I lost my glasses so I went back down to get them.
  6. That's not true but you do need to keep the population under control with the help of a .22 long rifle. To me that cut looks like a big bird or a prop cut. Definitely possible.
  7. My prayers for the Houston family. Thanks for letting us know Glenn.
  8. If you want to catch lots of catfish, wait until shad spawn and early in the morning, from about 6:15 to 11:00 fish bulkheads and rip rap with shad that you have cast netted. If you are lucky when the catfish start slowing down and you are on a main lake point white bass will start schooling close by so have a line in for catfish and a slab on for white bass.

  17. I look for a change in grasses or a different type of tree. I also look for places where there is a dramatic change between 2 or more different types of cover. I will always fish the edge where the 2 structures meet.
