    My Zillion handle looks almost exactly like the one shown, and I don't have any idea when or how it happened either! Did you try to bend it back? Was it successful, and if not what handle did you buy to replace it?

    I always put a strip of tape on my spool and then tie the arbor knot on top of the tape, so no slippage.
