the new mgl reels are a lot nicer than the k and the slx 150 i have the slx mgl and the scorpion 150 mgl. both can cast weightless flukes and heavier jigs

i have a Phenix M1 and the new Maxim both are amazing rods and light

i have the SLX 70MGL and its crazy smooth and can cast a weightless texas rig nicely

i just got the JDM Scorpion MGL and its really smooth i can roll cast a 1/4 weight about 30-40 feet on 50LB 8x j-braid

ALX IKON line has pretty much everything you need even some glass for crankbaits

its a nice rod just no hook keeper

quantum iron IR3 still works like brand new. used it last year to throw some small doubles for pike.
