I havent fished in a few but I still have the same line on my baitcasters I havent touched. I did just replace all my Spinning reels line because of memory.

Ive truly never messed with braid. Just heavy mono on my casting reels.

Look at maybe an edge rod salmon steelhead rod?

My last spinning reels from diawa a few years ago didnt have any grease or oil with them.

Just send it in honestly. I have dropped mine in sand after water and had to rip it completely apart cause it started sounding weird then finally off to the company to get scrubbed

I have the chance to pick up a 4000 series suveran is that too big for bass? Should I get the 2000 Instead?
