  1. Dont see him using pink today, nor bladed jig today. Maybe im wrong. But no offense Might missed my point Yesterday was choppy to say least And my bigger point, bass dont see what we see. Yesterday the drawing power could been the vibration then when fish finds it the pink to bass is a gray ( more camouflage) Today is slick calm and sunny, drawing power is bright color, subtle bait. But as always my opinion.
  2. Thanks Guys Now to further my curiosity ( i should do a post on this) years ago i would never throw what i call wild colors. So that pink skirt with pink swimbait intrigued me. Bass, if do your research have triomatic(spelling watching classic trying to post fast) they cant see blue, they lack the 3 cones in eyes where humans have 3 cones. Many of you know there was 2 major studies on bass sight with color. Me, being kind of old school geeky old school programmer as hobby. I ran alot my crankbaits through the Dalton Lense. My friends you be surprised how your baits look to a bass. To me this finally answers the question. There is two types of pro fisherman on color. 1. All you need is green pumpkin Black Blue. And White crowd 2. Then, other crowd says, absolutely color matters When play with Dalton Lense it’s amazing How both crowds can be right. In other words just because bass cant see blue, they still see the bait. Another scenario that bugged me for years was the red hook guys. Red is first color to disappear underwater. But since bass tend to see red the best, how can this be? I had that thought in mind when seen Lee throw pink. Then reminded myself if memory serves me that pink turns to baitfish gray.
  3. I have in the past. Had good luck. Some these guys make nice stuff almost over the top in quality colors. Tech tip it can be addicting In other words. Find buddy or two to split costs on bulk and that way you get lots of samples.
  4. Cant find that Bladed Jig Bait Lee was using first day of the classic 2025 Pink bladed jig. But 6th sense brand wonder what trailer was too
  5. Wish I had the discontinued Berkley Power Bait version called Power Slug it was heavy and it had hook slot.
  6. Crankbait fishing. I Follow Fritts to a T cant remember being skunked in a boat cranking anytime of year. despite young guys wind with high speed reels and catch em too they not following Fritts rules but i still do, andbit works for me.

On my little lake at house. Caught a six a five a four two 3.5 and 2.5 Mad i not take boat out, and never got to tune my jerkbaits darkness set in Epic day and always think what would have been if not wait to last minute. But as they say dont look gift horse in mouth…. So there is that. But your doing fine keep it up

  11. Do the math figures correct although prices can change. The guy fishes alot. His argument comes from pros change line after each day of tournament. No one says you must. To me i saved this because brings reality to our hobby cost if you get too obsessed. Not intended to start floro wars or anything of sort. edited to fix typo It dont last in Arizona I can tell you that. Maybe i need to try line conditioning
  12. So sorry for your loss.
