  2. i have them on every reel but i dont care for them to much ,they always slip down from where i want them to stay.by the way when i went to japan 2 months ago i found reel grips there for 11 dollars .crazy huh
  3. we had a problem here a while back with whirling disease , this was mostly caused by anglers bringing stuff from one body of water to another.
  4. im gonna go against the majority when they say bring one or two lures and thats it..bring what you have and what you can. say you bring a crank and a spinnerbait, but they aint working well you gotta play around and find out what works,everyone knows there are days where the bass wont hit nothing except one particular thing,well how you gonna figure out they wanted the jerkbait when all you brought was a crank and a spinnerbait. to me there is only one way to build confidence and thats experience and time on water nothin else comes close.a person could know everything there is to know about a jig and and catch fish on it alot but what you gonna do when that jig dont work.you gotta have the confidence to know that you have enough arsenal to try and find one that works.

  6. a four blade prop should help with holeshot, but i dont think it will help with top end..46 mph seems like alot for a 90 horse is that speedo or gps?

  13. she was asking about berkley : ive heard several people say berkley rods are very good and sensitive but that the guides are the biggest problem,,i dont know anything about berkley reels didnt even know they made them also welcome to the site

  15. cant help myou on parts but my fin nor has been the best spinning reel i ever owned they are great quality and if anyone gets a chance to buy one i recommend it
  16. youll also need to know that when fishing a jerkbait in colder weather its a very good idea to deadstick the bait for 15 seconds or so

  20. adding some more bellpeppers and onions to dirty rice never hurt nobody ,what seasoning are you using i like tony's for my dirty rice,, but i like my tony's for everything also
  21. if your fishing the same spots same techniques and same gear ,,that could be your problem you gotta adjust and adapt to the changes,here today gone tommorrow . its not the line try new stuff
