    the line is suppose to be translucent(not sure if thats the correct word) but it allows light to pass thru it making it lighter not invisable,, hoooks and lures are not they are solid objects that light does not penetrate

  9. sounds like drag and line issues sometimes you get em sometimes you dont ,just cause your in a boat it wont help if your drag and line are not working properly

  16. im with you on this one i take the time to find the fish i take the time to put the right lure and presentation together, and if i open my big mouth the next time i go out someone will be on my spot catching fish that i found. so all i do is lie,if someone ask what im using i lie if they ask where i was i lie.unless its someone i know and i trust not to go pound my spot into the ground then ill tell but if its some yahoo on the local fishing boards that ive never met ill just tell him what i want to hear ;D
  17. are you talking about the fishhedz if so i need one i live in utah and it gets way cold here in the cooler months and they work real good,i used a buddys one time. anyway if your talking about something else disregard my stupidity

  20. in reality you answered all of your questions yourself all those techniques work. the only thing is you said use the reel to move the frog,,a reel should never be used to move the bait a reel is for taking up slack use the rod to move your bait,as for me and this frog i use a twitch twitch pause retreive after about 15 seconds or less i reel in and cast again

  22. good post cybasser, ive got no problems with using the cheaper knockoffs i just prefer gycb cause im loyal to his product.if i had started fishing yum dingers and caught with them then i would buy them all up but i didnt so i stock up on gycb.he has earned my trust in a quality product and now i am a loyal customer. its a confidence thing and a loyalty thing for me
