i think i am going to make another purchase of LC baits....i have been having pretty good luck with the two i have(fat BDS, pointer78 DD, both american shad)  i fish mostly small ponds(and one larger lake if the water level ever goes down) and was wondering if you had a certain style/color you like and would recommend, i would like to buy two differnt styles than what i have and also in different colors...the main forage in the ponds is blue gills, sunfish etc etc...the ponds are weedy but it is mostly a few feet under the water so shallow runners is best....any thoughts?

i think your better off gettin some more pointers  in different patterns.  cant have to many of them

Aurora black and american shad are 2 colors that produced for me a lot last year in sammys, and Pointers

You can't go wrong with the slender pointers, LV's and Sammy's!

These are some of my favorite colors:

I would get some more pointer 100 or 78's in ghost minnow, chart. shad & old tenn shad. Also, I would get some sammies in the same colors but I don't think color matters so much with a topwater. Lastly I would pick up some LC RC 1.5 in the copper green shad and ghost minnow. Good luck

I think the RC series cranbaits, especially the 1.5 and 2.5 are among the finer cranks out there these days.

colors are amazing try the bull bream.

well i have been looking them over, i think i might go with a LV-0 and a fat BDS Marty 1.2 or a moonassault CB-001  havent made my mind up on colors yet  thanks

Out of the ones you picked I like the Moonassault CB-001 in Ghost Minnow.  I have caught several fish on this lure this year.  I always tie it on when I'm out.  

You also might look at the CB-50.  It too has been a killer.
