I have one simple thing I say to myself, usually after a little while kicking the dirt on the track back to the car.... sometimes over a burger on my way home (it helps) and that's always.... "hey, could of been a day working in the office" All of a sudden, even getting skunked isn't so bad

Have bowfished for carp recently, surprisingly it's only just become legal where i am. Had to learn to aim a bit below the fish because of the refraction

Here is Australia we have a brand/style called the Tassie Devil. Not sure if they have anything similar states-side but if they do pick yourself up a few for the tackle box. In my experience they work VERY well
