Penn Warner Morrisville, PA (Philly Burbs)
Hey everyone, I just became a member at Penn Warner and need a little help. For those who dont know, Penn Warner is kind of like a country club (Golf) but for fishing and hunting. Anyway this lake is pretty awesome I've been hearing about it for years and finally decided to spend the money and join. So here's the prob. I dont own a boat so I troop it all over the lake and was wondering if anyone here has fished this lake and know where a couple of sweet spots may be. As always thanks in advance for any help offered. Just in case anyone else in the area wants to join here's the link http://www.pennwarner.com/

Ike - Opinion update
I actully like Mike, he's one of the reasons why I really got into this sport. To see another young guy form NJ who's very enthusiastic (Even if it's to much sometimes) really helps to open up a sport to some people in the inner city who may think that fishing is just for boring old people (No offense to the old gentalman here).

what lures need $500 equipment

Best Rod & Reel for Mattlures Swimbaits
Hey everyone! I have a couple of questions for those willing to answer. I'm going to be throwing a lot of money at Mattlures tomorrow and on Saturday am going to be going to Hamburg, PA for a Reptile Show and after will be going to Cabela's and maybe Bass Pro and will be throwing them some more of my money and was wondering which rod and reel would work out best. I know Matt recomends Okuma but they dont have the Okuma products he recomends at either Cabelas or Bass Pro. So I guess the guide lines would be Casting Reel: Be able to cast out far with heavy line on it. Casting Rod: Heavy action that can stand the wieght and still be some what sensitive. LOL You guys prob. already know this LOL Anyway thanks in advance for your help.

Do you guys say fishing prayers ?
I do Sometimes, Like Fredo in "The Godfater: Part II" say's, "Every time I put my line in the water I said a Hail Mary, and every time I said a Hail Mary I caught a fish." I find myself doing this and screaming "AMEN!" when I catch one lol.

Hello All New Guy Here!
Hey everyone I've been stalking this forum for a short amount of time and have already gotten some great tips from you all, thanks. Now to a short story about me. I grew up knowing nothing of bass fishing seeing that I lived in the inner city of Passaic, NJ where the closest thing we had to a lake was a sewer out-pipe (Ewwww). Anyway when I moved to Bucks County, PA 6 years ago I was introduced to it by an ex-girlfriend (Ewww) and was amazed by how fun and stress relieving it was, I became instantly hooked (All pun intended). So now with the weather getting nicer and day's getting longer I will be posting some stories and asking some questions along the way. I just wana thank you all in advance for the advise that I am bound to continue to recieve. Side-Not: Thanks to edbassmaster for recommending this site and an awesome fishing day! Dan Pitre
