SirSnookalot & swilly78 if it were anyother person that I wasn't good friends with I would just sit back and let him do whatever. But I have been best friends with him for so long where I feel like I need to at least try and tell him what I think. I'm gonna go ahead and talk to him at least. You're right wagn, when it's all said and done, I can walk away with a clear conscience knowing I at least tried to give some advice.

Well, this is kind of a difficult one for me. I have a very good friend of mine, who is 22 years old, and is seriously considering getting married to a girl he hasn't even known for a year yet. I really do think that he is gonna be making a big mistake if he goes through with this. He hasn't had the best track record with his choices in women in the past, and the last one he was with for a while he hinted to me at proposing to her someday, and that one ended badly between them. I'm really on the fence about this one because I don't want this to affect our friendship, but at the same time I don't know if I can sit back and watch him do something this drastic that I truly believe is gonna hurt him down the road. I've discussed it with another one of our close friends and he feels the same way. Im just wondering what you guys would do, I really want to bring it up to him, but I don't want to seem like a d*** either. I've been friends with him for about 13 years now, and I don't want to seem like I'm trying to ruin anything he thinks is good for him. Any ideas on how to bring it up and what I should say, what would some of you guys do? Thanks in advance, Dave

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say the fight was rigged I think Alexander was just trying to confuse and frustrate Kimbo, causing him to lose any form he has and start throwing wild bombs. Thats just my opinion of course. I just think Alexander wanted to take advantage of a new guy and exploit his bad knee in the process.

I was pretty bummed about the finale as well. First off, I really wanted Marcus to beat Mitrione, but he just has no standup at all and cannot take a punch well at all. Alexander's gameplan for kimbo was just rediculous, his careers already on the downfall, and was he really expecting to get a win and move on by doing leg kicks and running away for 15 minutes? I'm glad Kimbo didn't get too frustrated and come out wildly swinging and was able to stay composed and win it. I really think it would be a difficult cut for kimbo to try and drop to 205lbs. And I agree with everyone else, yes Roy Nelson did win, but I really could care less to see him fight or not. He's just a completely boring fighter imo.

Four teenagers between 17 and 19 broke into the house and butchered the 42 year old mother with a machete and knife. The woman's 11 year old daughter was also severely injured. The four teens were arrested this morning, two of the four were arrested at their high school. This is one case where I truly hope that these four teens stay in prison is made a living hell every minute of every single day

If you're looking for an increase in strength I agree with some of the other guys definately use the 5x5s in your routine. I actually just recently switched mine back to these and trust me your old weights are going to start feeling lighter really quick. As far as abs get the diet right and cardio, cardio, cardio. Along with various other ab workouts, I'm sure your gym has some ab machines, just do a low weight for high reps. Good luck!

I agree 100% whats done is done and yes Roy won, but he was just being an idiot after the fight. He wasn't hitting kimbo with bombs he was just out of energy and used his gut on kimbo to keep him down and hit him with love taps. I really hope kimbo gets a second chance, I would love to see him fight some of the dudes without a huge weight difference.

Thanks unh. Got out to melendy again today for a bit and did pretty well the fish seem to be getting bigger there . Did manage to get stuck by one of the bass' dorsal fin, now my little finger is bigger than my thumb. I'll be hoping to get back out there tomorrow early morning to see if I can get some topwater action going. Here's a few from today:
