  1. Let's be realistic here Sam... that was really funny! about the best burn you've ever done
  2. where did you learn to count, march is a four letter word ;D
  3. i've never heard of Crayon Physics, but i just checked out their website and watched a video of it, it looks pretty neat, but it seems thats more of a puzzle type game with an objective. Phun doesn't have any objectives, you just build! its very addicting, i was playing it all night. its free too
  4. those were really good!
  5. darn, i thought you were gonna say MARCH..... :-[
  6. www.phunland.com download that game! its very fun if you're into physics type games. you just build stuff and then simulate the physics of them. it can get pretty complicated if you want to, but there are tutorials and everything. its very addicting!
  7. if they're over about a pound i lip them. under a pound they get swung in the boat. i've NEVER had an issue with lipping bass caught on crankbaits. it just takes confidence and speed. i think you're more likely to get snagged on a crankbait if you sit there and hesitate while you are trying to lip it.
  8. so wrong!!!!!!! ;D
  9. i'm not going to chip in for butt implants for fear of some right-wing wacko driving up next to you and popping them with a knife ;D
  10. thanks. .dsaavedra. = d (as in my first initial) and saavedra (as in my last name)
  11. Well arent we the little fanboy all of a sudden? CFH-Pantera Sublime- Sublime Slipknot-Slipknot As The Palaces Burn- LoG Made Me Do It- The Haunted Ashes-LoG Leviathan-Mastodon please.... i've been liking lamb of god for a while, i was just listening to those albums last night and it came to me how great they really were, so i decided to make this thread.
  12. favorite songs and favorite artists have been pretty well covered, what are some of your favorite albums? me: Ashes of the Wake - Lamb of God Sacrament - Lamb of God
  13. fourbizz will tell ya'
  14. strike king because they're kinda cheap and so easily available. i don't use spinnerbaits hardly at all though.
  15. really!? that is very cool. do you have any links to anything like that?
  16. here is a neat homemade proof of concept model:
  17. yeah they make whats called a copy lathe which is a whole different machine. i don't think you can modify your lathe into a copy lathe. not sure but i really don't think you can. what the copy lathe does is, you put in a pre-made crankbait, and then set the copy wheel on it, and then next to that you put in your block of wood, and the copy wheel is connected to a blade and as the wood turns, the copy wheel follows the contours of the pre-made bait, and since its connected to the blade, the blade follows the same contours and cuts them into the piece of wood. them copy lathes sure are expensive
  18. when you turn something on a lathe, any cut you make will go around the entire circumference of the bait. because of this, you can't really turn a crank on a lathe. crank baits have unique contours, like the bulging belly and then the curved down part near the tail. this can't be done on a lathe. you can make various topwater baits like walk the dog baits on a lathe, because they have the same contours 360° around the circumference of the bait.
  19. FROM WHAT I'VE READ: the king shads tend to break at the joint and they supposedly fixed this problem with the wake shad
  20. haha you guys are funny. good guesses on the fins micro, the bait is lipless! it has a nice twitching action underwater. and how many of them banners are you going to make? i actually like this one though, maybe this is the banner i'll use when i get my business goin'
  21. yes its devcon 2 ton.
  22. boy i'm on a roll huh? here's a new one, 2.5" rock bass i made for a canadian friend. he's been asking me for one of these for i don't even know how long.
  23. give them to somebody who can use them, or re-finish them, or re-finish them then give them to somebody.
