How were you fishing the jigs?

Yeah I dont really have the money for a loomis right now but i think im gonna give some medium action rod a shot and see how i like it. Now should i be able to feel the vibration of the lure im using for example i was using the norman fat boy lure and it was shaking my rod to hell is that ok?

yeah it was pretty low when i was there..did you try fishing directly in the heavy current? and i took the path back where you can walk next to the potomac and i saw about 5 good size bass probaly around 2-3 pounds but i didnt know how to approach them when you can see them soo good. Ive seen some pretty big ones in the canal too you wouldnt belive how many people i talk to down there think the canal is the river and they dont realize the river is about 50 yards past the trees haha

What is the best action for a crankbait rod i heard it was medium action soo you dont set the hook to soon? Anyone tips would be great!

Has Anyone Fished Any Tournaments In MD Im just wondering beucase i am looking to get into some comming up soon.

yeah ive been throwing something like a creature bait and having luck but all the bluegill in the area tear the jig trailer to pieces do you know of a way to fish the bottom or a hard bait that would work its very rocky..

this isnt directed at anyone but i feel that people feel like they have to buy the name brand to catch fish i even notice this with myslef im more hessitant to buy an off name brand for fear of not working . But ive never heard of GitZit before and now they make one of my favorite lures..just ranting sorry haha

Im not really up with technical terms soo ill try and explain..I have a cabelas baitcaster and the part that feed the line evenly onto the spool gets stuck on the left or right side and makes all the line bunch up on one side..If anyone could help it would be GREAT..Thanks! Big B

My friend has a 16 foot jon boat with a 15hp motor its wide and seems to handle the wakes at dam 4 pretty good you think that would hold its own up there

These Things are AMAZING the bass inhale these things left and right. I just started jig fishing a few weeks ago heavily with these and havent been skuned yet..If anyone else has had luck with these cuase im hoping its not begginers luck haha ;D
