  1. I live in SC near charlotte. I fish with jitter bugs, buzz bait, and plastics
  2. I havent been able to find the bill gill version. I think that would work real good for my friends pond. All he has is blue gills and bass.
  3. What color do you think is the best? I might pick up a pack.
  4. that rule has actually bitten me before more than once that has happened to me too
  5. Ive got a new pond to fish in and need some help choosing some lures to use. The pond is 5 acres, 20 ft deep at the dam, and about 1-2 foot visability. There are no weeds but it does have about 10 brush piles and a couple of coves. Thanks for the help.
  6. I pretty much taught myself how to bass fish. What I did was read a bunch of articles on this site and then if I had any unanswered question I would ask them on the forum. I am still learning and reading.
  7. White bass Largemouth Smallmouth Stripers
  8. Blue gill- chartuse grub, red worm Crappie- chartuse grub, minnows
  9. Ive caught lots of gar while fishing for striper. They do fight really good. I've also caught some gar using a casting net while trying to catch live bait. So I guess you use live bait to catch them.
  10. I can throw it good side armed but I have the same problem with over head cast. It's a lot harder.
  11. I fish in about a 12 acre pond with murky water and about 25 feet deep max. I am also looking for some good baits to use. Now I manly only use worms t-rig. I could use a change.
  12. What size line should I use for fishing buzzbaits, soft plastics, and crank baits? Thanks
  13. I like quantum because ive never used any think else
