Howdy Y'all!

Featured Replies

Long time lurker, decided to join because I really like this site!

I live in SE KY on Laurel Lake, and have recently got into bass fishing big-time. I grew up fishing with my father, rivers and lakes and deep-sea. When I got older, work, college, family, grad school, etc. got in the way, and I would go years without fishing. Dad died a couple of years ago, and I started fishing more and more: Halibut in Alaska, bass fishing all over KY and TN, and going back to the Gulf fishing this summer.

Fishing reminds me of Dad . . . and I like that.

I love reading your posts, most are very educational, and some are even well written!

Thanks for having a great site!

Steve

Wonderful having you with us.

May I ask for three things from you?

First, fill us in on your fishing adventures, both salt and freshwater, in and out of the lower 48.

Second, take a kid fishing. Be like your dad and pass on the fun of fishing.

Third, we wxpect you to pull for the SEC during football season.

Start posting your queries and answers now.

LOL Freshwater: Fished all over Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama with dad, rivers and lakes, my whole life. Saltwater: Florida 4 times, Alabama 4 times, and spent a week in Alaska last summer fishing for Halibut.

I have 2 step-sons, whose biological father has never taken them fishing . . . I take them when I can pry them away from their video games. I am trying . . .

IS there anyone else to pull for in football?
