Going to be going up for a fishing trip with several other guys for a small inter-office informal tournament next weekend. Hoping to hook into some good smallies, but catching anything is good fishing.

Can anyone give me some info on the latest hot spots and what they are hitting on? Good places to fish, anywhere to not btoher with, that sort of thing? Anything at all will be greatly appreciated.

Are you fishing for SM specifically or just bass? While there are SM in Lake Haabeb the biggest one I have ever caught is 16" but I regularly catch 4-5lb LM. The dam riprap is where most of the SM are but like I said they run a lot smaller than the LM.

Senkos have been hot for me lately in the Central Maryland lakes. Since that's a bit cooler up there, I'd say that they'd be hot again in that area since they're about a week behind. Natural colors (smokes, pumpkins, watermelons).
