When I send a PM and get a message "This member cannot receive any new messages" does that mean their inbox is full or they just don't love me anymore?

    Naw I believe it means there inbox is full.

    or... They're mailbox is full. Most likely a member who never cleaned out their mailbox when we migrated the forums to the new format last year.
