ive caught a few there and was wondering if you guys know any public spots to fish from the bank from, ive caught some in many island and behind the ballpark in the hardy itself

I have heard the numbers can be good, but the fish are small.

Hardy is on the way to Bull Shoals for me, but I have never stopped

and fished the Spring River,

Bank fishing around public river access points...usually stinks....You'd be better off floating in canoe or kayak. There are plenty of them for rent on the Spring R. Plan a mid-week trip to avoid the party crowd. Have fun.

cool guys roadwarrior i think your right about them being small, but i did catch a 3 pounder one time, most are dinks, but one thing i can say is that i did see and try to catch a huge, huge lunker largemouth bass over 10 pounds who lives in a small calm area all the locals have tried to catch her but no one has
