OK, did some lipless cranks this weekend.

Which one do you guys prefer.

1. Emerald green backgound, then a little bit of silver and then the dark green.

2. White background, then emerald green then dark green.

3. Black background then silver, then emerald green and then dark green. I then did some weathering in between the gill plates and scales (something I learned while building model aircraft)

4. Black background, then silver, then emerald and lastly the dark green.

number 2 for me, I dont know anything about painting cranks but is it possible to add some kind of gold glitter to it? almost like the gycb baby bass senko pattern? pretty deadly

if you wanted my honest opinion, 2 and 3 are on point with 4 being a close third. the first one is a little too bright for baby bass, but all are stunning. great job. would love to do something like this in the future.

I have to agree with West Coast Bass. That first pattern looks just a little too green compared with all of the bass I've seen. The silver flanks on the third and fourth patterns look much more realistic (to me).

But, go fish them all and see which ones the fish like.

Come on guys, number one is called the vegetarian baby Bass.

To really come up with a "bass" color. Go online and download a few pictures. Try to mix your colors as closely as the pictures, one other thing the colors change dramatically once the bait is in the water. This is just my 0.1685R (.02 USD).

I'd go with 3 first 2 second. Like the way the edges are brought out more on the third one
