PS, The Pelican and the sunset pond are 20 x 11.3" so they are correct for a widescreen desk top, if you want to grab them.

Shortfish, my camera is a Canon T1i (normally, a fine camera.... but mine has had a focus issue from day 1 :( Obviously, as you can see from these shots, when it gets it right, it can take really nice shots, but it just misses SO many.

 

My lens, on the other hand, is a 400 F5.6, and yea', its a pretty sweet piece of glass :)

I had that lens for a few months.  Only shot little league with it, and a few birds.  Birding isn't as easy as just slapping fast, long glass on.  You gotta be there, and have the skills too.

Nice gear nice shots. The Canon AF has always been a little hinky. I have similar problems on my 50d
