Ive posted a few topics and had my post edited before I realize its a no no. Is there a master list of sites we cant discuss?

No one actively moderated your posts, but there is an auto filter in place.  You didn't do anything wrong.  Some sites that are notorious spammers, or have had users register their account for the sole purpose of promoting are included in that auto filter.  Unfortunately, just a few have made things inconvenient for many.  You can generally use an acronym, or abbreviation to get your point across in discussion. it isn't that they are off limits, just link backs.
