good stuff man

You have to remember I get a heck of a workout at work before I even go to the gym. Most the time its like im working out all day. Then im going and doing a more intense version at the gym. ;)

Nice! If I had to depend on my fishing activities, esp through the winter, I would once again be a fat guy. Usually the only time I get my rate up to healthy levels while fishing is when I fall off the boat...

Bench 385. Power cleans 420. Leg press 1100 3 rep max. I dont do squats or dead lift. I did enough of those in school. Height 6ft 1.5in. Weight 275. I lost five lbs. since Sunday.BF% 14.8 as of three weeks ago.

Is that 275 with or without the piercings? :)

All my piercings have been gone for around 8 years. Except my ears.
