Just wanted to take a second to thank Zebco/Quantum for sending me a free part to a reel I have. Lost the handle cap screw on one of my baitcasters at some point last season and simply emailed them to see where I could purchase the new ones or if they had a size I could go to a hardware store and reference. They replied with, what is your address so we can send you replacements. I didn't even ask for them to replace it. Got the new ones today.

 

There aren't enough positive stories about great customer service so I thought I'd add mine.

I've used Quantum service only once for a cleaning on my cabo, the turnaround time was lighting fast.  Not sure they still promote this but at one time they advertised a reel would be shipped back out in 24-48 hours.
