are you referring to the skirted bullet weight that goes on creature baits? if so thats not what this is...this bait is a one piece skirted creature bait that you texas rig...can fish it weightless or with a bullet weight

I had been flipping hula grubs for the jig look.  That definitely has more of a jig profile.   Bait monkey can't sleep now.

Then that is not a Texas Rigged Jig  :)

Looks to me like a skirted craw type bait. Adding the weight is what makes it a t-rig, right?

I've saw that floating around on some posts on bassnj.com forum.

Not a jig, but it definately catches fish. Sorta like the old hula grub set up that has the skirt forward. Been around a long time. Last time I saw it was last spring when Catt and I were fishing Toledo Bend. He had one tied on..

I never said its a texas "riggED" jig, the name of the bait is the "Texas-Rig Jig" as stated in the title of the thread.  just a soft plastic creature bait that you texas rig with the profile of a jig

I don't see how it could trade mark the name "Texas Rig Jig" when that same name is used by Barlow's Tackle Express in Richardson, TX

that my friend i have no idea on lol

Its a craw bait with a ika type skirt on it, that has thicker longer flat strands, there are many that have already made such a bait, just not with that skirt on it.Not saying its not a good looking bait, but it has been done before in that style.
