  1. i live in Burlington right near the Delaware river...you can catch some decent size smallies and maybe a largie here or there around Burlington island...also nice size smallies up assuncunk creek but you can only get in there during low tide...i hear dredge harbor and Rancocas creek have some nice fish too.

  3. had another decent day yesterday....caught 4 biggest going 4lbs 8ozs...lost a 5+ at the boat...was reaching down to lip it and the jig popped out...lost another one that felt like the biggest fished i ever set a hook into but didnt get to see it.

  5. are you referring to the skirted bullet weight that goes on creature baits? if so thats not what this is...this bait is a one piece skirted creature bait that you texas rig...can fish it weightless or with a bullet weight Then that is not a Texas Rigged Jig I never said its a texas "riggED" jig, the name of the bait is the "Texas-Rig Jig" as stated in the title of the thread. just a soft plastic creature bait that you texas rig with the profile of a jig

  7. this is a new bait from a local guy that lives around me...has the profile of a jig but you can texas rig it and fish it like a plastic....guys in New Jersey are catching 7 lbers with this bait just trying to spread the word...the website is currently under construction but will be up and rning soon www.powerteamlures.com

  12. turn the brakes all the way up and tighten the tension knob to where the bait barely falls when you engage the spool...once you start getting comfortable with that start easing off the brakes and tension...practise practise practise.

  16. if we were at any other lake we would have been gone...but this lake is on a island in the middle of a river...the only time you can get in and out is high tide...so once your in there your stuck til the tide comes back in
  17. Daiwa sol...its made for light baits...i can flip pitch and cast a weightless senko or any other plastic a mile

  19. hit the local honey hole with my buddy brian...was on the water at 6 am...water clarity was 1 foot and water temps ranged from 79-85...no fish caught for the first 6 hours but we stuck with it...lost a couple solid 3 lbers..we were mostly picthing to timber and shoreline with no success...decided to fish deep and boy am i glad we did...landed my new personal best..she weighed in at 6lbs 5oz...caugth her on a black and blue baby brush hog on a submerged tree in 12 feet of water...picked up a couple other solid chunks and also caught a 8lb blue catty on a crankbait lol...4 fish total and it was hotter then hell
  20. fished the local honey hole again and caught my new personal best....6lbs 5ozs...caught her in 12 ft of wtaer on a zoom baby brush hog(black/blue) on a submerged tree.

  23. its always good to have a GF that is hot. ;D...my gf always asks to go fishing with me...but she gets denied...thats my time to get away from her ;D
  24. heading down to cherrystone campground this week for some bay fishing..while im down there i would like to try and catch some big largemouth...i dont see any lakes around that area but i do see a ton of ponds...anyone know if they hold bass? costin pond,dixon pond,curtis pond and a couple others...thanks
