I have a couple packs of Berkley Havoc 3" Sick Fish and 3" Grass Pig. Just thinking if I use Owner 1/8 oz darter head, would the swimmies swim. 

 

I have an umbrella 3 rig and I think those would look great swimming in the water, but it's all a concept in my mind. what do you think?

If the bait will swim correctly, don't use any weight on the outside arms.

I'm using LFT Live Magic Shad on a light wire, 4/0 Offset Worm Hook.

1/8th oz is pretty light, depending on where and how deep you want to fish it.

 

Like RW said, keep the heavier weight toward the bottom so it will swim properly.
