Ok, I'm sick of hearing about these things from the South Florida guys.  It's time I bought some and gave them a whirl.  Are you local guys picking them up in stores down here, or just ordering them online?  Which colors have been your most productive down here as well.

Here in VA I do very well in pearl  blue shad and skinny dipper. I use a 5/0 weighted owner hook.

Those things are a waste of money!   

my most successful color would be houdini. I don't find them a waste of money at at all they have produced more fish for me this year than any other lure.

Use a hook with a screw lock or peg. It helps but they still rip.

Think of them and fish them

as you'd fish a paddletail grub.

My favorite would be the White Trash Skinny Dipper on an Owner 5/0 screwlock hook.

Send some skinny dippers up this way, not even hot gals on the water.
