Anyone have any recommendations on what type of rattles for the rattle band jigs or does it even matter....

There are several types for those.  I use the mushroom ones that lock in.  They also make one that has a hook on it that hooks into the little collars instead of the mushroom head. 

For me, if the water isnt muddy I probably wouldnt mess with it.

thanks for the info.  I guess next time i am in the tackle shop i will pick up a few just to have on hand in the old jig box in case the water clarity warrants a little more sound.
