Gopro Hero3 White

Featured Replies

im thinking of picking up one of the new hero 3 white cameras to play around with. i dont need the best quality camera but would like one that has good HD capabilities and its prices at $200 seems like a great deal.

does anyone have one or used one and care to share their experience?

thanks.

Wow, thanks for the reply. I wasn't planning it for an immediate purchase so I can save up and get the black down the road. The more I thought about it, I probably would like to edit videos and do other cool things down the road as I learn the ropes and things I could do with the camera and videos. I'll look into it some more and decide what I'll ultimately want to do.

I have a gopro2 and the one thing I really wish it had was a remote....that feature alone is worth the upgrade

If you have a iPhone you can use that as a remote aswell.

Or an Ipad.

Go with the black series.  Its well worth it.

I have the Black. It's amazing from what little use I've done so far. Anxiously awaiting the fishing season to use it more routinely.  Get the Black if you can afford it, it's worth it.  You never know where this initial recording phase will take you.

Wireless app works on Android as well. Lets you set up your POV which is really nice.  Buy extra batteries though...wi-fi really eats them up.

I have an android, wife has iphone/ipad. Good to know it'll work with both.

I think I'm going to wait and save for the black. I hate buying something only to want something better.
