Hello From La (Lower Alabama)

Featured Replies

Starting digging into the forums quickly without formerly introducing myself :)

Dothan, Alabama native and have been a local club member for 4 years. After deciding two years ago to start really working to win with all the knowledge I gained from "old timers" in the club,  being the younger human sponge for several years.

I've fished Lake Eufaula all my life and more recently at Lake Seminole since joining a local club.  Lake seminole and G'ville turned me into a lover of the grass lakes.  Our normal stomping grounds include the middle Chattahochee, Grand Guntersville (of course), Lake Jordan, Logan Martin and Lay Lake for the first time this weekend!

Web Developer with Strategy6 during the week and all around computer/tech/gadget geek when I'm not on some body of water.

Glad to be a member AND one quick shout out to Glenn for not only having one the best YouTube channels, but drawing me to the site and forums!

Wonderful having you with us. Alabama has some great places to bass fish and we look forward to your posts.

Let us know if you are a Bama or Awbunn guy. You can't be both.

Small world! Lake Tollochoa (sp?) on base at Ft. Rucker is a small impoundment with some bigger bass!

Not to well, had 13#'s on the first day (10 fish limit) and about the same the second.  A little over 32# for two days won, we caught to many spots and not enough largemouths

for sure, that is where I caught the fishing bug.  Used to fish at Beaver (I think) and another small lake also.  When my dad was stationed there and I was about 9 or 10 we used to tear up the bream out there.  Been at it ever since.
