Good man.  Hit the gym and make your changes a lifestyle.  You'll have washboard abs before you know it. 

 

Portion control is also very important.  You can have a burger now and then too, just not 3 of them.  In one sitting. 

Beer and sodas are bad.  I cut out soft drinks almost completely and lost like 7 lbs.  I've never been a big beer drinker, I might have one a week on average.
