Yum Soft Bait Help!?

Featured Replies

Here recently iv been fishing with some "YUM 6" worm soft bait" and iv been getting big bites! Well I bought some F2 ferocity attractent spray, well it turns out it was craw dad scent! I was wondering can I still put it on my worm softbaits or will it cause some sort of a hesitation from the fish? Seeing a worm, smelling a craw dad!?

One of the main things (IMO) scents do are cover up human odors. Gasoline from filling up, cigarette smoke, soap...etc. Anything natural that will help mask those things should improve your fishing. I wouldn't hesitate to use a craw scent on a worm or crankbait or any other bait.

I smoke so I use something to cover it up. But couldn't tell you if it works or not. I think it works so I use it.

should be fine.

Yeah, I agree with the general opinion. I use the kickin bass scent on everything in my bag. Whether it makes a difference or not I haven't been able to determine just yet. My oldest son smokes and he is always with me when I go, that's the main reason I use it.
