Spinnerbait Trailers

Featured Replies

Does anyone use a trailer on a spinner? If so, what do you use? Thanks for the help.

Doesn't everyone? Zoom or Berkley split tail trailer most the time. Some times a 5" fat albert and sometimes a 4" chigger craw.

I very rarely use a trailer but if I do it's either a single tail grub or a chunk trailer.

Never use one.. trailers add lift to the spinnerbait making it rise in the water column. i just use magic tail skirts

Sometimes.

Depends on the depth I want the spinnerbait to travel.

Will add a clam weight and go down on my line test to the spinnerbait to get it deeper.

Usually I throw them with no weight and a 12 pound fluorocarbon line on a baitcaster.

If I do use a trailer it is a Zoom Split-Tail Trailer.

If useing the Strike King with the added traiker hook and elongated skirt I don't, all others allways.

I don't catch anything unless I have trailer and a trailer hook. For trailer I use the mister twister split double tail grubs.(4") these give a real life like swimming effect. If you click on there double tail grubs the split double tail grubs will come up.
