Fishing Either Sat Or Sun Early Morning. Advice Needed.

Featured Replies

So hopefully I can go beat the banks sat or sun, my plan was to pretty much leave all my old stuff home and only take the new stuff I got yesterday which if you don't know were.

Havoc rocket craws in green pumpkin and green pumpkin with purple flake.

Bill Lewis Rat-l-Traps, colors are - chrome blue bleeding shad and liv-n-chrome.

Also got a small 1/4 spinner in baby bass.

Tequila Sunrise colored u-tails.

Local weather and lake info, the wather has sucked been storming off and on all week and will continue through the weekend, the lake is above full pool level by about 2 ft ( Lake Hartwell S.C side ).

As always tips suggestions and thoughts are welcome.. plan on being there before sunrise or right at it.

Here is my tip. Throw all your new stuff, give them all 30 min or so, and then see which one produced for you, and stick with that one.

If its flooded, fish the flooded banks as the bass will hang around new shorelines for a while. Look for new laydowns, trees, bushes, etc. that weren't wet before the rains and start there and work your way out farther.

Flip that Rocket Craw into any visible cover that's been recently flooded and run the spinner around the edges of cover, you should get a couple doing that.
