Gettin a good deal in reel but needs a handle, all the nice custom ones I see are for daiwa or abu. I'd like a carbonlite handle or a cork handle. Any ideals were to get one

What kind of reel? Shimano handles are different than Abu/Daiwa handles. How much do you want to spend? After market handles with fancy knobs aren't cheap.

What reel is it? I may have one in the parts bin. 

It is a quantum tour. Update it has handles just needs knobs. Getting a hell of a deal

I'm curious to why the knobs are missing? I don't understand why someone would take the knobs off a good reel unless they bought the reel as a "parts reel" with the missing knobs and fixed it to resell. 

Does the handle have the bearings for the knobs?

idk it is on CL< of course I am gonna fiddle with it before I actually pay for it, it is the handle and 1 knob other is missing, I think he bought a few from dicks when they had them on clearance a while back for 115.00 I am getting it for 45,00 my tour I have now is amazing for a quantum reel and for 40, id be glad to have another. the knob on the missing end is completely gone, not  sure on bearings as I have never really took apart my reels, my buddy is my cleaner,

Check to make sure the knobs screw on and are not attached by a rivet.  You can probably find handles and knobs on ebay or maybe check with the guys at HawgTech.

I like the hawg tech handles but id rather get them for a reel I will use a lot, the reel is going for a buzzbait only rod, Not saying I don't use a buzz alot but yea. looking at my tour I have now, there is a nut and bolt holding the reel to the knob. every thing I look for on ebay says shimano and daiwa. I wish I could fid the soft eva foam grips like on the carbon lite, hell I might order hawgtech for my smoke and my old smoke handle put on my tour, assume they will both fit cause they both are quantum

You can buy Abu eva knobs at TW, i'm just not sure if they fit Quantum handles or not. Heck, you could buy an Abu power handle with foam knobs if you wanted to. I think the non carbon fiber handles are reasonably priced.

hey Mike, I talk to someone on FB and they said the orange color of nut retainers etc was out atm. I have made up my mind, that I want to get one with cork, I will move my smoke handle that is coming of reel for HT to the quantum that is missing the knob. I just need to find an orange tension cap then I would be happy
