I'm having a lot of success right now with

3/8 oz GMAN jig/ Rage Tail Baby Craw.

Mattlures Baby Bass is producing a few monsters, too!

8-)

Hard to pick one but I have a shakey head tied on the most. I use it in creeks and rivers for smallies and on lakes for largemouth.

Jig or 10" worm.  Color really hasnt been an issue.

Depending on conditions:

Jig or 10" worm

Bagley BB2 or BB3

1/2 oz spinnerbait

Buzz Bait

SK Rage Anaconda 10" in bama bug Tor C rigged

1/2 oz SK Denny Brauer jig in black/brn/ amb and a Paca chunk in bama bug

1/8 oz Buckeye Spot Remover shakyhead and Zoom Trickworm in junebug or watermelon/red

Weighted BPS Stick-O, wacky rigged in Crawberry or Pepper frog/hot orange

The names and faces may change a little, but I will almost always have some version of these tied on in the summer. If I had to pick one it would be a T-rigged 10" worm.

Start with a buzzbait

Then a Crank (FFS)

Then a Zoom Ol' Monster

Then go home

my favorite would have to be any topwater, because I'd rather catch on topwater than anything else. but midday i either like a jig for fishing deep, or punching with beavers in the thick stuff. returning to topwaters in the evening, and most likely a frog in the evening.
