Just noticed these at Academy the other day. Seems like it has a similar profile to an Ika-- minus the tail. It sure looks interesting and for 2.09 a pack I'm going to give em' a try. Anyone else here used them?

I doubt it.  The skirt will slow the ika's fall while the claws are meant to "wave" on the fall without slowing it.

Iv'e been throwing Yo-mamas for about 6 years.  It's the best copy of a Sweet Beaver i've found.  They tear a little easier but the cost out weighs that. Try a 5/0 Owner twist lock hook.  It should match up well ( for the full size bait )and it has a decent hook to strike ratio.   Big Bite makes some other great baits.
