I recently aquired 8 packs of the 4inch kietech swing impact baits. These are not the FAT model. My questions are as follows;

  1. what is the best hook size when texas rigging?

 

  2.what other ways do you rig this bait?

 

  3.what type of line do you recommend for this bait.

 

These are some really nice baits.Just looking for info on how to maximize its potential. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks everyone-KDW96..........................

Great drop shot bait too.

For me, they are the perfect 1/4oz swim jig trailer. In fact, I don't think I've ever used them for any other purpose. I'm sure they'd be great on something like a 2/0 twist lock and/or a keel weighted hook.

I put them on a 1/4oz worm nose jig. Great bait to cover area in clear water. 

I've had the best luck just rigging them on a darter head.
