Is there anything that can dilute megastrike without it losing its potency to make it sprayable(water, fish oil etc.)?  I am a smoker and prefer sprayable scents/attractants, i feel that if I were to rub it on the lure the smoke smell from my fingers will transfer onto the bait.  Any and all suggestions would be awesome. Thanks guys!

Get a sandwich baggie and use that.  Turn it inside out and stick your hand in it, apply Megastrike and then turn the baggie right side out.  Just use the same bag all day and then toss at the end of the day.  One of best points about Megastrike is the fact that it is Vaseline consistency and stays on the bait longer.

Rubbish..I smoke , and apply Megastrike with my fingers, and catch fish..Why make things difficult..? ;D

I recently did a post asking if dipping tobacco and then fishing effects the catch rate, the general consensus was, no. I know that while dipping tobacco would give off a different scent than smoking, they are both foreign smells.

Anyway, I just recently quit dipping after 15 years, it sucks, so I will let you know if my catch rate goes thru the roof! BTW, I always use Megastrike and JJ's.

That was going to be my suggestion.

Apparently bass now enjoy the scent/taste of coffee, so maybe they wouldn't mind a little tobaccy with that morning joe.

i put the megastrike IN the bag with my plastics and rub it on that way.... plus it leaves them in the bag WITH the megastrike....    a little goes along way.

why go to the trouble of turning baggie inside out and sticking hand in and doing that over and over?  :-/
