Just picked up a Chronarch 200 E7 for under $200! Looking for a nice rod to pair her up with. Gonna use it mainly for plastics. Trying to keep the price below $250. Any ideas?

No experience with Dobyns, but I can suggest St. Croix anywhere from the Avid series on up to your price-point. They'd make phenomenal rods for the Chronarch.

I would vote Dobyns at that price point and get the champ, use money saved on discount for some good fishing line.. TADA. problem is solved.

Dobyns champion on the sale for Labor Day or a dobyns savvy is a good rod as well
