I was fishing at lake Seneca NY for a week, and the first 3 days I couldnt catch anything (granted I am very new at this)

on the 4th day this is what I hauled up

It was off a dock and the water was about 20 ft out so the water depth was probably 15ft-25ft (seneca steeps in really fast)

He was caught with a bass minnow, also this guy didnt fight at all, he just held his ground.  for the first 5 minutes of pulling I was 100% sure I was just stuck on the weeds, and then this guy came up and lets say I was very excited.

It's got some shoulders on it for a small pike. If you dare to clean them, they are a great tasting fish.
