Tick Warning

Featured Replies

The tics have just come out this past weekend. So check yourselves if your fishing from shore or go for hikes. Check your pets too. Here in the northeast the little tics carry Lyme disease. I noticed last year we had little reddish tics and little black tics with white spots on them. These are the bad ones for Lyme disease.

Make sure you check for tics often in the spring and fall.

About two or three times a year since I moved to Tennessee I put the ol OFF spray on the hose and spray around and on my house and yard and trees. Has really kept down the bugs.....

I know of a certain moderator on here who gets a tic when something is misspelled.

They have been active all summer around here.  Seed ticks are the worst.

I know of a certain moderator on here who gets a tic when something is misspelled.

I bet he has aged considerably since i joined 5 years ago. I am sure my earliest posts must have driven him to double up on his high blood pressure medicine...lol. Fear of another long mike beat down has improved my spelling considerably. Long mike i owe you a guinness at the next road trip. p.s my punctuation still needs some work. Be patient with me...lol.
