How Do I Post A Video?

I have posted You Tube Videos on this forum in the past. I read and searched the forum for instructions. I can not find the icon for video. The only icons I show are video and my media icons. Here is a screen shot of what I see. If someone could please help me out I would be much obliged.

    Just copy and paste the short link from you tube on your post. It auto embeds it. If you post the url it will not.
